Medical
Eligible employees have a choice of medical options, including PPOs and high deductible healthcare plans. Our medical options offer a variety of deductibles, annual and lifetime maximums and out-of-pocket limits. Lenox offers domestic partner benefits.

Dental
Eligible employees have a choice of dental options. Our dental options offer a variety of deductibles, annual and lifetime maximums and out-of-pocket limits.

Vision
The vision care plan provides reimbursement for an annual vision exam and expenses for eyeglasses or contact lenses for employees and their eligible dependents.

Flexible Spending Accounts
This benefit allows employees to pay for eligible health care and dependent care expenses (not paid by insurance) and transit and parking expenses using pre-tax dollars from their pay and enjoy tax savings at the same time.

Transit Accounts
This benefit allows employees to pay for transit and parking expenses using pre-tax dollars from their pay and enjoy tax savings at the same time.

401(k) Plan
The 401(k) Plan is a qualified contribution plan that allows eligible employees to make pre-tax contributions. Lenox provides a company match to employees’ accounts to help increase retirement savings.

ESPP
Lenox is a National Financial Partners (NFP) owned company.  Employees with one year of service are eligible to take part in NFP’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.

PTO
Lenox offers a competitive paid time off bank for each employee, giving them the time they need to take care of personal matters and recharge.
