Ian Maldonado

Ian Maldonado joined Lenox Advisors in 2025 as an Associate, bringing with him a wealth of experience and a passion for excellence. Prior to this role, Ian served as a Client Service Associate on the Executive Services team at Lenox, where he gained invaluable hands-on experience. Working alongside some of the firm’s most knowledgeable and dedicated partners, he not only deepened his technical expertise in wealth and insurance advisory but also cultivated a strong professional mindset and a commitment to growth. The mentorship and support he received from colleagues have been instrumental in shaping his career, and he carries those lessons forward with gratitude and confidence as he embarks on his next chapter as a Financial Advisor.

Ian earned his bachelor’s degree from Trinity College in Hartford, CT, where he was also a proud member of the baseball team. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, playing baseball, cheering on the Yankees, and spending time at the beach or skiing.

Ian holds his Series 7 & 66 licenses.
