James Politis, CFP^®, ChFC^®

James Politis, a Vice President at Lenox Advisors, is based in the firm's Los Angeles office. He works closely with a diverse clientele, including corporate C-suite executives, Big 4 partners, closely held business owners, and pre-retirees, providing tailored financial planning and wealth management strategies.

Prior to joining Lenox, James built a highly successful practice as a financial advisor at Northwestern Mutual, where he developed deep expertise in comprehensive financial planning, investment strategies, and client relationship management. His time there laid a strong professional foundation and instilled a client-first philosophy that guides his work today.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Rutgers University and has earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) certification, the Chartered Financial Consultant® (ChFC®) designation, and a Series 7 license.

Beyond his professional work, James enjoys hiking and practicing yoga with his wife and is an avid guitarist who enjoys both playing and recording music. Outside the office, James is passionate about giving back to the community. He is an allied member of the California Restaurant Association and an active volunteer with Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation, supporting their mission to fight childhood cancer.
