Nicholas Paparo

Nicholas Paparo is an Associate at Lenox Advisors, joining the New York City office in 2025. He is dedicated to working with individuals embarking on new chapters of responsibility, whether in their careers or personal lives, as they navigate periods of rapid growth and change. Nicholas takes pride in guiding clients through these exciting transitions, helping them seize opportunities and achieve their financial goals with confidence.

Before joining Lenox, Nicholas built a strong foundation in partnership development and business growth through a series of impactful roles. He was part of the Partnership Development team at Spin, served as Business Development Manager at Scale Microgrids, and contributed to partnership initiatives at Gridwise. Nicholas holds a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies from the University of Colorado, Boulder, and further honed his skills by completing BrainStation’s intensive Software Engineering bootcamp. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, exploring new cuisines, connecting with family and friends, and cherishing quality moments with his wife.

Nicholas holds his Series 7 & 66 licenses and is Life and Health Insurance certified.
