Richard Mastropietro

Richard Mastropietro joined the firm in 2026 and works with clients on financial planning and insurance strategies.

He brings extensive experience in information technology, where he led teams, operations, and large-scale budgets across multiple organizations. His background includes senior leadership roles focused on technology infrastructure and business operations.

Richard is focused on building his practice within the technology and pharmaceutical sectors. He is passionate about helping individuals and families develop thoughtful financial plans and evaluate protection strategies they need to navigate life’s uncertainties.

He earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Manhattan College. Outside of work, he enjoys hiking, biking, reading science fiction and fantasy, and volunteering in his community.
