Robert Ricker

Robert Ricker joined Lenox Advisors in 2025 as a Vice President. He works closely with professionals in the healthcare industry and with families, helping them articulate their vision for the future and build realistic, adaptable plans to achieve their goals. Robert’s approach emphasizes education and clear steps that evolve as life changes.

Prior to joining Lenox, Robert gained experience at a leading financial services firm, where he focused on developing personalized strategies for clients. He earned his MBA from the University of Southern California and a BS in Marketing from Salisbury University, where he was a collegiate lacrosse player.
Robert is licensed in California for Life, Accident & Health Insurance. 

Outside of work, Robert enjoys spending time with his wife, Cathy, and their two children, Jake and Matea, often at their sporting events.
