Zachary Kriftcher

Zach Kriftcher is a Partner with Lenox Advisors where he has worked since 2013. He specializes in developing comprehensive estate, insurance, and investment management strategies for individual clients. In addition, Zach works with corporate clients to design and implement employee benefits strategies and executive carve-out programs. 

Prior to becoming a Relationship Manager in 2016, Zach was a member of Lenox’s financial planning team, where he supported the firm’s ultra-high net worth clients.  

Outside of his work at Lenox, Zach serves on the leadership council of PeacePlayers International, a nonprofit organization that uses basketball to bridge cultural divides in regions affected by conflict.  

Zach earned his Bachelor of Arts from Bucknell University in 2013. He holds a FINRA Series 7 license and Series 66 licenses and is licensed in Life & Health insurance in the various states where he conducts business. 

Zach has been recognized by Forbes as one of America’s Top Financial Security Professionals from 2023 through 2025. He was also named to the MassMutual Chairman’s Club* in 2024 and 2025, representing MassMutual’s most elite advisors.
