Kristi Vassak serves as the Managing Partner and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Lenox Advisors. With a career at Lenox spanning over 2 decades, Kristi has played a pivotal role in shaping the firm’s operations, strategy, and growth. With a strong background in LEAN Six Sigma methodology, Kristi integrates technology, process improvement, project management, and data analysis to streamline operations and enhance efficiencies, ensuring exceptional client service.

Beyond her operational responsibilities, Kristi is committed to fostering a workplace culture that values humanity and inclusiveness. She emphasizes the importance of mentorship and creating standardized processes to support both personal and professional growth within the organization. Kristi holds FINRA Series 7, 66, 4, 9, & 10 licenses.

Before her tenure at Lenox Advisors, Kristi spent eight years in the banking industry where she developed a solid foundation in financial services. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Fairfield University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Fordham University Graduate School of Business.
