Cara Sharpe

Cara Sharpe is a Vice President of Account Management at Lenox Advisors, where she supports client relationship management and the coordination of insurance solutions. Based in New York, Cara joined Lenox in 2020 and brings more than two decades of experience in disability and long-term care insurance.
 
In her current role, Cara works closely with internal teams and advisors to help ensure a high level of service for clients, with a focus on case management, product knowledge, and facilitating solutions aligned with client needs. She leverages her industry experience to support advisors in the development and implementation of coverage approaches and assists with managing complex cases.
 
Prior to joining Lenox, Cara spent 16 years at NJLTC, where she worked as a wholesaler in a general agency specializing in disability and long-term care. She also spent 6 years at Unum as a sales representative focused on disability and long-term care solutions. Throughout her career, she has developed deep knowledge in these specialized areas and built strong professional relationships across the industry. 

Cara earned a Bachelor of Arts from Bowdoin College, where she was a member of the soccer and track teams. She remains an active runner and enjoys staying involved in fitness. She resides in New Jersey with her husband, Brendan, and their three children, Hailey, Patrick, and Tatum.
