Christopher Bene

Vice President, Regional Administrative Manager

Christopher Bene is a sales and development leader at Lenox Advisors, where he partners closely with Relationship Managers and sales leadership to strengthen onboarding, training, and sales execution across the firm. Based in New York City, he joined Lenox in 2024 and brings more than two decades of experience in insurance distribution and sales leadership.

In his current role, Christopher supports newly recruited Relationship Managers as they progress through licensing and early-stage development. He works closely with team members in their first five years at the firm, reinforcing consultative language, role‑play techniques, and strategies for addressing common client and prospect objections. He also collaborates with East Coast sales managers and RAMs on initiatives that enhance sales effectiveness, improve client service, and support compliance standards.

Prior to joining Lenox, Christopher held senior leadership roles overseeing wholesale and retail distribution of life insurance, annuities, long‑term care, disability, and linked‑benefit solutions. Throughout his career, he has built and led high‑performing sales teams and maintained strong partnerships with leading insurance carriers nationwide.

Christopher resides in New Jersey with his wife, two sons and their family dog, Lulu.
