Cindy Riano is a New York-based business operations professional who has been with Lenox Advisors since 2014. She supports advisors by managing relationships and providing operational oversight across recruiting, onboarding, development, and day‑to‑day business operations. Cindy is known for her organized, practical approach and her focus on keeping processes running smoothly.

Her role involves close collaboration with advisors and internal teams to ensure consistent support throughout the advisor lifecycle. Drawing on a strong service background, Cindy brings attention to detail and a solutions‑oriented mindset to her work.

Prior to joining Lenox, Cindy worked in a high‑end restaurant environment, where she provided service to a diverse and discerning clientele. This experience helped her develop strong communication skills and the ability to perform effectively in fast‑paced settings.

Cindy earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Baruch College and holds a New York Life, Accident & Health insurance license. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, participating in group fitness classes, and spending time with her daughter when she is home from college.
