Debhinn Hart-Picariello

Debhinn Hart-Picariello is a Vice President of Client Services at Lenox Advisors, where she focuses on supporting client relationships and delivering a high standard of service. Based in New York, she joined Lenox in 2000 and brings extensive experience in financial services and client support. 

In her current role, Debhinn works closely with internal teams to address client needs and helps ensure consistent, high-quality experience. She is dedicated to supporting long-term client relationships and maintaining service excellence across the firm. 

Prior to joining Lenox Advisors, Debhinn spent 15 years at MassMutual in various roles, including Relationship Manager and Readiness Manager, developing a strong foundation in client service and operations. 

Debhinn studied Marketing, Communications, and Advertising at Western New England College. She holds a Life, Accident, and Health license and is ADKAR Change Management certified and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.

Debhinn resides in Massachusetts with her husband, Jeff, and their three sons. She enjoys reading and spending time at the Cape with her family.
