Gabrielle Vigil

Gabrielle Vigil is Vice President of Sales Strategy and Operations at Lenox Advisors, where she focuses on translating firm strategy into scalable sales plans, programs, and processes. Based remotely in St Louis, Missouri, she joined Lenox in 2022 and brings experience in financial services and sales operations.  

In her current role, Gabrielle partners across teams to drive aligned execution and sustainable growth initiatives across the firms. She is responsible for helping implement clear, structured sales strategies and processes that enable consistency and efficiency. Her approach emphasizes transparency and building trust through open communication and learning.  

Prior to joining Lenox Advisors, Gabrielle worked at LPL Financial and spent 7.5 years at Waddell & Reed, where she developed her expertise in financial services and advisor support.  

Gabrielle earned a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Missouri State University and an MBA from Saint Louis University. She holds Series 7 and 66 licenses. She enjoys running, reading, and spending time outdoors with her daughter, as well as time with family and friends.
