Vice President, Practice ManagementGeorgia Monson is Vice President of Practice Management at Lenox Advisors, where she helps drive strategic initiatives focused on advisor development, business optimization, and practice growth. Based in Chicago, she brings more than two decades of experience across financial services, leadership development, coaching, and operations. Since joining Lenox in 2014, she has played a key role in strengthening advisor effectiveness and supporting scalable growth across the organization.
In her current role, Georgia partners with Relationship Managers, Sales Managers, and firm leadership to help advisors build intentional, high-performing practices. Her work combines coaching, practice management, and strategic consulting to refine client engagement, improve efficiency, and support long-term growth.
Prior to joining Lenox, Georgia held leadership and advisor development roles across financial services and healthcare. She served as Regional Director of Professional Development at Lincoln Financial Advisors and held positions with Prudential Insurance. Earlier in her career, she worked in medical practice management and spent seven years with Northwestern Financial Network as an Associate Wealth Management Advisor, as well as roles at Northwestern Mutual supporting training, licensing, and operations.
Georgia earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, Summa Cum Laude, from Elmhurst University. She holds the Chartered Leadership Fellow designation from The American College, maintains Series 7 and 63 licenses, and is licensed in Life and Health insurance. She has also completed her coaching certification through iPEC, supporting her consultative approach to advisor development.
Georgia resides in Spring Grove with her husband, Cedric, and their dog, Buddy.
