Isabel Velasquez, MSOL, ALMI

Isabel Velasquez is the Senior Vice President of Operations for Advanced Planning and New Business at Lenox Advisors. Prior to joining Lenox Advisors in 2017, Isabel built her career in financial services operations with a focus on new business, underwriting coordination, and process optimization. She has over 20 years of experience supporting advisors and driving operational efficiency across insurance and advanced planning functions.

In her current role, Isabel partners closely with financial advisors, internal sales teams, and executive leadership to support the successful execution of new business and advanced planning strategies. She enjoys working at the intersection of strategy and operations, ensuring that thoughtful planning translates into seamless execution.

Isabel holds the Associate Life Management Institute (ALMI) designation and earned a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership (MSOL) from Manhattan University.

She resides in New Jersey with her husband and their daughter, Olivia. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, cooking as a family, exploring new restaurants, and spending time with their dog and cat, who keep life lively at home.
