Jonathan Austin

Jonathan Austin is a Vice President and Regional Administrative Manager at Lenox Advisors, where he supports advisors and internal teams through operational leadership and administrative management. Based in Los Angeles, he joined Lenox in 2021 and brings more than a decade of experience in insurance, sales, licensing, and business operations.  

In his current role, Jonathan helps oversee administrative processes and supports the operational needs of advisors and offices across his region. His experience managing complex business functions and regulatory requirements allows him to help drive efficiency, consistency, and service excellence throughout the organization. 

Prior to joining Lenox Advisors, Jonathan held operations and administrative leadership roles with financial services organizations, where he managed business operations, licensing, and compliance-related processes. His experience supporting professionals across multiple states provided a strong foundation in operational management and client service. He also served as a MassMutual producer on a broker contract, gaining years of sales experience within the insurance industry. 

Jonathan earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Fort Hays State University. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling with his family and their dog and is an avid golfer.
