Maribel Rodriguez

Maribel Rodriguez serves as Managing Director, Agency Operations & Advisor Experience at Lenox Advisors, where she has been a valued member of the firm since 1999. In this role, she leads the strategy and execution of three key business areas: Client Services, Sales Administration, and Licensing & Contracting. Maribel is dedicated to enhancing operational efficiency, strengthening agency infrastructure, and supporting advisors in delivering a seamless, high-quality client experience.

Maribel earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Baruch College and a Master of Business Administration from Ashford University. Fluent in both English and Spanish, she holds a Lean Six Sigma certification, is licensed in New York for Life, Accident & Health Insurance, and serves as a New York State Notary Public.
