The Chairman's Trophy Gold Bowl is given to firms that show strong overall performance throughout the year. This includes how well the firm supports its advisors, how it serves clients, and how consistently it follows company policies and standards.
The Crystal Achievement Award recognizes firms that continue to grow and make steady progress year over year. This includes increasing new business and strengthening the overall team.
