For the seventh consecutive year, Lenox Advisors has been certified a Great Place to WorkTM. We are proud of this accomplishment, but even more important, we are gratified by the recognition that we are living up to the guiding principles on which Lenox was founded.
Prominent among these principles are:

Throughout our history, Lenox has strived to be a collaborative workplace with a team-oriented approach to serving clients and our community. A recent survey of our employees indicated that we are succeeding in meeting this critical objective. Specifically, almost 90% of responders agreed that people at Lenox care about each other, are given a lot of responsibility, and that management is honest and ethical in its business practices.
Further proof of our commitment is Lenox Cares, our charitable organization run by employees. Lenox Cares provides financial support to such worthy charitable organizations as the Ronald McDonald House, American Red Cross and Covenant House. In addition, Lenox Cares offers employees the opportunity to volunteer their time and talents at the institutions they care about most.
Clearly, Lenox has strived to create a culture of caring that extends to not only our employees but their families and communities. Diversity and inclusion are an integral part of this culture because we truly believe that we are stronger together when our uniqueness is valued. The firm has long commissioned well-known speakers to lead employee forums and foster meaningful discussions, but recently, we took a much bolder step. Our newly inaugurated Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging Committee will help drive our strategy in this area and develop initiatives for employee involvement. We plan to refresh the Board frequently to bring in new voices, ideas, and perspectives.
One of the Committee’s most successful initiatives is our DEIB Speaker Series. The Series is a virtual event program exploring some of the important diversity and inclusion issues which are top of agenda for businesses. Our speakers are carefully selected as experts in their fields, who share interesting and often thought-provoking views and experiences on different aspects of inclusion.
