Edgar “Whit” Whitmore is a Partner at Lenox Advisors, bringing over 26 years of financial services experience to each relationship. Whit advises clients in the areas of executive and employer benefits, wealth management, and estate planning. Prior to joining Lenox, Whit was the Founding Partner of TAG Financial and Insurance Services, LLC in Los Angeles. Whit currently holds the Series 6, 7, 63 and 66 and the California Life Insurance License. His professional designations include Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) and Certified Family Business Specialist (CFBS). He received his Bachelor of Science in Economics and Political Science from the University of the Pacific. Whit is an avid golfer and fly fisherman. Whit has memberships at Sherwood Country Club in Thousand Oaks and The Jonathan Club in Los Angeles. He serves on the Board of Trustees for Westmark School in Encino. He is married to Amy and they have three sons; Whitter, Holden and Dashel.
