Jennifer Mann

Jennifer Mann is a Vice President in the Chicago office of Lenox Advisors who has been with the firm since 2012. She primarily works with high-net-worth families and executives to develop integrated solutions in the areas of estate planning, retirement planning, insurance planning, wealth management, college funding, and employee benefits.

Jennifer's impact extends beyond her role at Lenox. She is an active member of the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT), a global independent association of the world's leading life insurance and financial services professionals. In MDRT, Jennifer has held several leadership positions, most notably overseeing the Program Development Division. In this role, she guided teams to construct advisor learning and development content for both the annual and global MDRT conferences.

Recently, Jennifer was nominated to the MDRT Foundation Board as a trustee. In this capacity, she helps amplify charitable giving efforts, exemplifying the charitable impact of MDRT. Additionally, she is a member of the National Association of Insurance & Financial Advisors and Finseca.

Driven by a passion for learning, Jennifer has secured multiple professional designations. These include:

· Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU)

· Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC)

· Certified Financial Planner (CFP)

She is also life and health insurance licensed and holds FINRA Series 6, 7, 63, and 65 registrations.

Jennifer's success has afforded her the opportunity to give back to the industry. She mentors new advisors with a particular focus on supporting women in financial services. Her guidance has helped many advisors achieve success.

Beyond her professional life, Jennifer is a devoted single mother to her twins. The flexibility of her role allows her to spend quality time with her children, balancing her commitments as a mother and a professional. Jennifer's dedication to her family and her career is a testament to her ability to excel in multiple facets of life.
