Laura Schroeder joined Lenox Advisors in our Los Angeles office as an Associate in 2021 and recently made the move to our New York office. She is responsible for working with high-net-worth families, executives, and corporate clients. With her individual clients, Laura develops integrated solutions in the areas of comprehensive wealth preservation, risk management, and estate planning strategies. With her corporate clients, she helps structure strategic employee benefits as well as executive carve-out programs for key employees and senior management. She is dedicated to protecting her client's income and helping her emerging affluent clients implement "financially independent retire early" strategies. Laura has become one of the leading subject matter experts on the importance of getting Life and Disability insurance for emerging affluents. Most recently, Laura received a "Rising Leaders" award in 2021. Laura works alongside her mother, Jane Schroeder and her brother, Mel Schroeder. Together they form Team Schroeder – a dedicated group of specialists with over 80 combined years in the finance industry who provide personalized advice to clients dealing complex financial needs.
Laura is a graduate of Regis University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Interdivisional Studies. Along with her academics, she also played NCAA volleyball.
In her off time, Laura works with several charities, including the Special Olympics, Brain Cancer Research, and Breast Cancer Research organizations.
Since moving from Colorado, Laura likes to split her time between California and New York. She enjoys baseball games, creative interior design projects and spontaneous weekend trips to visit her friends and family.
