Eric Semelka is the Head of Real Estate and Facilities Operations at Lenox Advisors. He has been with the company since 1995 and is responsible for executing Lenox's real estate strategy which includes planning, acquisition, lease negotiation, construction, and maintenance responsibilities. Eric graduated from Georgia Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science in 1989 and holds a New York State Life and Health license.
