Steven Randall is a Senior Vice President and Sales Manager. Currently he is responsible for the growth of Lenox’s New York office through efforts in recruiting, training, and development. In addition to his management responsibilities, Steven develops comprehensive estate, insurance and wealth management strategies for high-net-worth individual clients. With his corporate clients, he structures in-depth employee benefits strategies and executive carve-out programs.
Steven spent sixteen years as a Financial Advisor including four years as a Managing Director at Northwestern Mutual. He graduated from Providence College with a B.S. in Finance and holds a FINRA Series 6, 63 and 24 Registration. In his spare time Steven enjoys family activities with his wife Christine and daughter Samantha including travel, beaches and performing arts. He is an avid sports fan and loves the outdoors.
